- Fully automated lens distortion measurement. All you need to do is photograph a checkerboard grid pattern.
- Supports spherical lens distortion with decentering distortion. Extremely accurate lens model which is based on the characteristics of real lenses. It can handle misalignments between the optical elements of a multi-element lens system.
- Supports anamorphic lenses - Anamorphic lenses are used to photograph cinemascope and can suffer from large amounts of distortion.
- Automatically detects pad parts of the grid and ignores them. Will even not be confused by bits of tape on the grid, obstructions, shadows or even parts of the grid being bowed or badly manufactured.
